We are certainly no strangers to underage child labor in our surroundings. Policies and systems are in place, but have they been implemented to their fullest potential?
The reality is that many children still face injustices, which contradict the values of just and civilized humanity as mandated by the second principle of Pancasila. Our thesis concludes that the effectiveness of law enforcement and the protection of minors in forced labor cases in Indonesia has not yet reached its full potential.
However, after conducting research and interviews, it was found that this assumption is not entirely accurate.
