Who would have thought, the green vegetables we usually stir-fry could become a trendy snack?
The students of KB Kristen Calvin made their own Water Spinach Egg Muffins! They did everything themselves, from planting, harvesting the water spinach, chopping the ingredients, to making the batter. After baking, the muffins made by the students were shared for tasting with their families when they went home from school. The parents were very happy to see the results of their cooking.
